We haven't acquired any special skills, but the ability to adapt to diverse environments (projects) is the signature skill of EN, both inside and outside Japan.
"Hyakusho" (farmers) aren't the only multi-talented people.
Our special ability is our mobility and agility.
"Hyakusho" (the Japanese word for "farmer") is derived from an expression for the diverse skills that farmers master in the course of life, but it also can refer to people capable of various types of work.
EN is not engaged in this sort of multi-tasking, like a farmer. Our special ability is agility, more than the mobility of being able to step into action anywhere.
